Refund Policy
Last updated: April 11, 2026
We want you to love iShe. If it is not the right fit for you, we offer a straightforward refund policy for new customers.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a new paid subscriber and you cancel your subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of your first payment. To request a refund, email us at hello@ishelab.com within the 7-day window with your account email and the reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
After the 7-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Partial months are not refunded.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the term.
4. What Is Not Refundable
- Subscription fees past the 7-day money-back window (for monthly plans)
- Annual subscription fees after 30 days
- One-time add-ons, promotional credits, or services already delivered
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under "Subscription Plan" or by emailing us at hello@ishelab.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access until then.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at hello@ishelab.com. We resolve almost every issue within 24–48 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and additional fees passed on by the payment processor.
7. Contact
For refund requests or billing questions, email hello@ishelab.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
