Content You Upload: promotional videos, images, titles, descriptions, tags, and any metadata associated with your content.

Usage Data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, referral sources, device information, browser type, IP address, and general location inferred from IP.

Cookies: session cookies for authentication, and optional analytics cookies to help us improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the iShe service
• Process your promotional content and distribute it to the marketing channels you select
• Process subscription payments and prevent fraud
• Send transactional emails (confirmations, invoices, account notifications)
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
• Improve and develop new features based on aggregated usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations, including record-keeping and fraud prevention

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following cases:

• Service providers: payment processors, cloud storage (AWS / Cloudflare R2), email delivery, and analytics providers that help us operate the service. Each provider is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Distribution channels: when you instruct us to distribute your content to a marketing channel, we transmit the content and associated metadata to that channel as necessary to perform the service.
• Legal requirements: if compelled by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or the rights of others.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data and content within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

• Correct: update or correct inaccurate information

iShe is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify active users by email.
